Culiseta atlantica (Edwards, 1932)

Culiseta annulata, Culiseta alaskaensis, Culiseta atlantica and Culiseta subochrea are very similar species. Distribution area of Culiseta atlantica helps to avoid misidentification but for the rest, important characters are the colour of the scales on the abdomen and femur of the hindleg.
